Allé offers a relaxing environment with high comfort and carefully selected cuisine. Österlen itself is a different experience outside the summer months. Here, you can immerse yourself in nature, with the sea, villages, meadows, forests, and agriculture following their natural seasonal rhythm, away from the tourist season – an environment that provides space for focus and reflection. When you hold your conference with us, we believe it’s the nature and cultural experiences that should be embraced to create the best conditions for your work.

Light, airy space & Scandinavian design

Conference Areas

We welcome both large and small groups, for day conferences or multi-day stays with accommodation. Our conference room is spacious, airy, and features windows that allow for plenty of natural light. The room is designed in a Scandinavian style, with a focus on light, color, and the choice of materials and furniture. Local art is displayed and some of the furniture is from Gärsnäs.
You can customize the layout of the conference room to suit your needs, and if necessary, there are plenty of options to arrange seating for smaller group work. The conference room can accommodate 5 to 50 people. Additionally, we can offer more intimate meeting spaces for breakout sessions or focused discussions. You decide the layout of the room.
The estate offers excellent Wi-Fi, and we provide technical equipment including a projector and microphone. We have 13 comfortable double rooms, so typically, as an overnight group, you’ll have Allé all to yourselves.

Conference with accommodation

In our conference package, we aim to offer you the best we have to give. Lunch is included, and you'll have coffee served throughout the day, along with freshly baked treats in the afternoon. Upon arrival, we serve a breakfast with delicious sandwiches, or for overnight guests, a full breakfast is provided. In the evening, we serve a three-course menu featuring seasonal ingredients. Water from our own well and fruit are available throughout your stay with us. We provide maps for jogging, cycling, and hiking routes nearby, which you can enjoy before or after your conference day. Access to our library, featuring works by local authors such as Piraten, Lundell, Ranelid and Östergren, is available for your intellectual nourishment.

You will stay in either a single or double room at Allé på Österlen, which has thirteen rooms. We work with nearby hotels and are happy to assist with arranging additional accommodations, if you need extra rooms.

Throughout the day

Choose between a half-day or full-day conference, both options including a varied selection of Swedish Fika and a well-prepared lunch made with the season's finest ingredients. The half-day package includes either morning coffee with a sandwich or similar, and lunch, or lunch and afternoon fika. The full-day package includes morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon fika, ensuring you stay energized throughout the day. Water from our own well and fruit are available throughout the conference.

Experiences

Located near the scenic Stenshuvud National Park, we offer a range of activities designed to enhance your conference experience with us. Let us guide you through some unique experiences that will make your conference unforgettable.

Half-day walk & talk

“All truly great thoughts are born while walking,” a famous philosopher once said. Why not find out if it’s true?

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel and begin your conference there, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll provide you with a map, and you’ll take a walk of about 10 kilometers. Along the way, there are scenic spots with benches and tables. We’ll arrange coffee outdoors after five kilometers. After the walk, we’ll pick you up by bus and return you to the hotel. Of course, you can also customize your walk and talk experience and start with the walk if you prefer.

Fully Outdoor Conference

Our guide will lead you through the landscape during the day, and we will serve both breakfast and lunch out in the wild. During the walk, we will ensure that you have the opportunity to sit down and converse every hour. We can also arrange a simple sheltered space in nature with notepads and pens. This activity, which involves approximately 20 kilometers of walking, requires good shoes and clothing.

Tasting: Cider, Apple Wine & Calvados

Apple cultivation is the main industry in Kivik. We will learn more about apple-based beverages and taste both local and international ciders, apple sparkling wine, and Calvados. There is also the opportunity to sample local wines and beers.

Visit a local artist

We make a visit to a local artist or painter who will showcase their studio and current work.

Cooking class at Allé

Many guests have tried our cooking classes. We demonstrate – you cook. It’s a great way to get to know each other and work together in new roles.

Visit a local producer

Take a guided tour with Madeleine, one of the Nilsson sisters who run the Orelund farm in Österlen. Orelund is a large family-run farm that grows fruit, berries, and vegetables.

Craft Beer Tasting

Join Jan and Lisa from Utsiktens Bryggeri in Rörum for a guided tasting of six hand-picked beers, each with its own personality.

Thoughtfully matched nibbles highlight the flavours in your glass.
The session lasts about two hours: a relaxed, social add-on to any conference day, and a chance to discover a new favourite brew.

Kivik – Seaweed Experience

Let the wild beauty of Kivik and Österlen inspire you while you explore the many uses of seaweed. Get to know different species, learn how they’re harvested, and see how seaweed can lift your cooking. Slip into waders and join us in the water to pick your own, or simply perch on a rock, breathe the salt air, and enjoy the calm.
