This tradition, combined with a knowledge of international cuisine, a spirit of discovery and a concern for sustainability, forms the foundation of my cooking. Since 2002 I have run Allé with the motto 'sensual, refined but not complicated', rooted in local traditions: A truly innovative Österlen cuisine."

Organic craftsmanship and the world’s oldest Riesling estate. Tastings at both.
- Day 3 Schloss Vollrads & free time
800 years of wine heritage, then an afternoon at leisure in Rüdesheim (Drosselgasse, museums).
- Day 4 Rheingau tour & farewell dinner

A Scanian tradition celebrated with a festive goose dinner.

Eating goose in November, when the air is crisp and the landscape prepares for winter, is a long-standing tradition in Skåne. Our goose menu, a celebration of this tradition, has been a proud part of Allé for 20 years, providing both a culinary experience and a taste of Skåne's culture.
