Local ingredients, prepared entirely in-house according to the season, has always been a given for me. After training as a chef and sommelier, I gained an insight into European gastronomy. This tradition, combined with a knowledge of international cuisine, a spirit of discovery and a concern for sustainability, forms the foundation of my cooking. Since 2002 I have run Allé with the motto 'sensual, refined but not complicated', rooted in local traditions: A truly innovative Österlen cuisine."

Året går mot sitt slut och vi erbjuder i vanlig ordning en fyrarättersmeny för avhämtning. Menyn levereras med tydliga instruktioner för både uppvärmning och uppläggning. Om ni önskar, kan vi gärna förse er med utvalda vinrekommendationer.
Upphämtning sker här på Allé på nyårsafton mellan kl. 12.00 och 15.00. Tilltugg att servera tillsammans med er fördrink kan också läggas till i beställningen!
